Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

If approved, refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund will be sent via the original payment method or mobile banking.
4. Delivery Charge
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
